We are pleased to inform that CRI-MAN, starting from 1st December 2015, will be converted from Limited Company (S.r.l.) to Joint-stock Limited Company (S.p.A.) and the capital will be increased to € 3.000.000,00.
Further to the above mentioned conversion, effective from 1st December 2015, the Company is operative as CRI-MAN S.p.A., so please make now reference to these data for any sales documents.
